Energising before exercise and restorative if you’ve done your workout, this smoothie bowl has vitamin and antioxidant-rich berries to keep your immune system fine-tuned (and it’s totally delicious).

Frozen berry smoothie bowl

Serves 2
Prep time: 15 minutes

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free


  • 2 cups frozen berries (such as raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, blackberry, or a mix) 
  • 1 large or 2 small bananas, frozen 
  • ½ cup oat milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder 

  • Toppings
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced 
  • handful fresh raspberries or blueberries 
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut 
  • 2 tbsp pistachios or granola, chopped 

How to make

  • Blitz berries and banana in a blender until broken down and crumbly.  
  • Add 2/3 of the oat milk and cinnamon. Mix slowly until mixture comes together like a soft serve, drizzling in more oat milk if necessary.  
  • Pour into serving bowls, arrange toppings over the berry blend and eat straight away.
